Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

Item is defective or damaged upon delivery
Wrong product was delivered
Product is unused and in original packaging
Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items

Used or physically damaged products due to customer misuse
Products without original packaging
Customized or special-order products
Software/downloadable items
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after product inspection
Refunds may take 7–10 business days
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the error was on our side
Warranty Products

Products covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced as per AYKAIT warranty terms.
